How do you measure glare on reflective surfaces?

What does a non-flicker LED spectrum actually mean?

It means the driver runs at a high frequency, usually above 3 kHz, so the light output is steady and doesn't cause eye strain. For drafting offices, we test panels with a photometric sensor to confirm there's no visible flicker at any dimming level. We also check the color rendering index (CRI) — we aim for 95 or higher for precision work.

Can you calibrate existing fixtures, or do we need new ones?
